Past phases are anchored to deployment artefacts observed on the instance. Forward dates are planning estimates and should be confirmed with the project sponsor.
1. Approach¶
Delivery is organised into sequential phases, each grouping related modules so that a working slice of the platform is configured and verified before the next begins. Finance and master-data foundations come first; front-of-house POS, HR/payroll, financing, and payment integration follow; reporting, UAT, and go-live close the engagement.
Dating basis
Environment and module-staging dates reflect artefacts on the deployed instance (add-on volumes created 24 Jun 2026; latest custom modules staged 13 Jul 2026). Dates from late July 2026 onward are estimates for planning and are not yet committed.

2. Phase Plan¶
Phase 1 — Discovery & Requirements¶
Status: Completed
Confirm functional footprint and the target module set across POS, finance, HR/payroll, purchasing, and payments.
Phase 2 — Environment Provisioning¶
Target: by 24 Jun 2026
Odoo 17 containers, PostgreSQL, and Odoo/add-on volumes provisioned on Docker + CapRover (Contabo, Ubuntu 24.04). NestPOS volumes created 24 Jun 2026.
Phase 3 — Base Install & Module Staging¶
Target: Jun – 13 Jul 2026
Community/OCA and custom modules copied into the add-ons volume and prepared for installation. Latest custom modules (Selcom payment, portal paywall) staged 13 Jul 2026.
Phase 4 — Core Configuration: Finance, Inventory, Sales & POS¶
Status: In progress
Chart of accounts, budgets, and dynamic reports; product/stock setup with valuation; sales workflow; multi-branch POS with stock restriction.
Phase 5 — HR & Payroll¶
Status: In progress
OpenHRMS core, employee lifecycle, HR dashboard, and payroll with accounting posting and local customisation.
Phase 6 — Loans, Advances & Staff Services¶
Planned · early Aug 2026
Loan management, employee loans with accounting, salary advances, and the lunch/canteen module.
Phase 7 — Payment Integration & Portal¶
In progress · Aug 2026
Selcom gateway integration and portal paywall configuration; connectivity and reconciliation testing.
Phase 8 — Multi-branch Rollout & Security¶
Planned · Aug 2026
Branch/company records, users, groups, and record rules; scoped data across POS, HR, and sales.
Phase 9 — Reporting, Dashboards & Branding¶

Management/operational dashboards, Excel export templates, and branded report/theme layouts finalised.
